2030 Energy System NL according to draft KEA v1.1

This scenario was created by Kalavasta on behalf of Netbeheer Nederland. It is a best-effort estimation of what the (to be realized) Dutch energy system will look like in 2030, based on existing policies and the plans outlined in the draft Klimaat- en Energieakkoord (KEA). The measures in this scenario are based on established and proposed policies as presented in the Nationale Energieverkenning (NEV) 2017 and the draft KEA of December 21, 2018. As such, it represents a technical target scenario, rather than necessarily the outcome resulting from the instruments currently in place.

Compared to the previous version (1.0), this scenario also incorporates the investment cost reductions targeted in the KEA.
